It’s the most-used action in basketball right now - ZOOM! a three-man action involving:
a pin down immediately followed by a dribble hand-off or
a dribble hand-off immediately followed by a pin down.
If you’ve been following me for a while, you know I love consecutive actions like zoom. Even when they know it’s coming, defenses struggle to guard consecutive actions. And now, coaches are adding creativity to make it even more difficult to guard zoom actions. Here are a few of my favorite from the 2022-2023 college basketball season.
