Earlier this month, the WNBA’s Atlanta Dream named Karl Smesko their new head coach. If you don’t know him, Smesko left college basketball with the third highest winning percentage (.843) in NCAA Division 1, behind only Geno and Mulkey. It’s not just that his teams win; it’s how they win.
