⭐ SSG of the Week: 1v1 DHO Jumpers
Instructions: The defender hands the ball off to the player running up the lane line. What happens next is similar to a defender chasing over a zoom action, a stagger screen, or a blast cut. Constraints could be add for limiting limit dribbles, only allowing a jump shot, or only allowing a finish at the rim.

🏀 Drill of the Week: 2 Spot Shooting
Split into two teams (blue vs. white)
1 ball in each line
Put a time on the clock (e.g., 3 minutes)
Every make = 1 pt
Shooter gets his own rebound then pass ball to the other line. Get at the back of that line.
Most points at the end of time wins
