🏀Warmup: No Dribble Tag
We put 2:00 in the clock. Split I to 2 teams. No dribbling allowed. Players are out when tagged by the ball. When the last player is tagged, the clock stops. Then we switch and the other teams sees if they can beat the time of the first group.
⭐Drill of the Week: What’s Your Streak?
You need a shooter, a passer, a rebounder. 2 basketballs. Put 1:00 on the clock. How many in-a-row can you make in a minute? Compete against the others at your basket.
