⛹️ SSG: Mirror 1v1
Here’s a great warmup game to replace those boring stationary ballhandling drills.
Each player has a ball, facing the other player at the top of the key
Use any ballhandling or dribbling move / combo (e.g., ball circles, figure 8s, pound dribbles, etc.)
On the coach’s “go” the players race to be the first to score a layup

🏀 SSG: 1v2 Cone Tap Finishing
For teams, like ours, who use a lot of handoffs in their half-court offense, here’s one for finishing against help defenders.
The offensive player and his defender start in the corner (defender on the outside)
On “go” players race toward the coach
When the coach hands the ball off to the offense, the help defender (x2) chooses a cone to go touch before defending the offense’s drive and finish
