Furman associate head coach, Chad Warner, was this week’s guest on A Quick Timeout podcast. He shared practice film of small-sided games and multiple-ball shooting drills repping their version of Princeton offense. This week, I share some additional diagrams and videos of those shooting drills.
Point Over (3 man, 3 ball)
Rep Point Over action from Princeton Offense with this 3-ball shooting drill. Player 1 enters the ball into the elbow then goes point over. After setting the screen in split action, Player 1 pops back and receives a pass from the coach (located on the elbow) for a 3PA. Player 5 turns and plays a two-man action with Player 3 (Frame 2). After the DHO, Player 5 rolls to the rim for a finish. Player 3 relocates to the top of the key to receive a pass from another coach then shoots a 3PA from the top of the key (Frame 3).
