I’ve had the opportunity to attend this season several of Niko Medved’s Minnesota Gophers basketball practices.

I love the shooting games they create to incorporate actions within their offense. The added bonus is using live defenders to create more game-like reps!

A lot of teams have a “push/pull” principle for perimeter players. If the ball is driven at you, you push away to give space. If the ball is driven away from you, you pull behind the drive.
