After passes into the post in our 4 Out offense, we go into split action with the passer and the next perimeter player. Often, the defense switches and neutralizes the split action. Two solutions are for the post player to pass out then chase the pass for a ball screen (Diagram below) or go into grenade action with the corner offensive player.
