Championship Week is here! The first of two championship Sundays belonged to the mid-major and low-major schools. A lot of great coaches, including Drake’s Ben McCollum, Furman’s Bob Richey, and High Point’s Alan Huss.

Furman Paladins Horns Backscreen Lob

The Paladins pulled an upset over the SoCon’s #1 seed, Chattanooga, on Sunday and find themselves in Monday night’s title game against Upstate rival, Wofford College.

Bob Richey's squad opened Sunday afternoon’s game with this Horns backscreen lob set.

  • 1 enters the ball to 5 then curls around 4’s backscreen

  • 1 and 3 set a cross screen for 2

  • 1 backscreens for 5

  • 4 lobs to 5
