Late January can be tough times for basketball players’ focus.
I try to combat all that with competitive games and drills, especially when it comes to shooting practice.
This week’s team shooting drill I got from attending two separate practices the past month - at Furman University and the University of Minnesota. It’s high-volume shooting with a target score to encourage competitiveness and teamwork.
