Drill of the Week: Quick Contested Shooting
This is a great drill for small group workouts during the summer months. The defender starts at the 3 point line. When the shooter spins the ball to himself, the defender must touch the free throw line before closing out on the shooter. Make it even more competitive by playing best of 5 or best of 7 shots.
