⭕Offensive SSG: Chase Down 1-on-2 to 2-on-1
Simulate defensive pressure from behind in transition with this quick full-court drill. Then, it becomes the standard 2-on-1 on the way back.
Instructions:
Defenders start on block. Offense on the nail or logo.
Once offense moves, defense goes.
After the shot attempt by the one offensive player, it becomes 2v1 the other way.

If you want quick decision-making training for finishing and defending the break, this is a great option.
Instructions:
Put an equal number of lines on the baseline.
Start with the basketball on either outside line.
Players move around their respective cones.
After the first FGA, the next players in line move.
Each players move to the next line over.
