1v1 Towel Slides
An early-season drill to work on one-on-one skills, including exploding on the first step, moving the feet to stay in front, and taking the best angles.
The defender holds a towel behind their back while the player offense (no basketball) tries to get by the defender. The goal is to keep the offensive player out of the restricted area.
